FAQ's

Local pickup instructions are noted on your completed invoice that has been emailed to you.

All orders have a maximum three day processing time before they will be shipped out or available for pickup, unless other arrangements have been made. An email will be sent to you when your items are ready to be picked up.

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer exchanges and store credit for unworn and unwashed items that are free of scents.

Invoices are due within 24 hours, after that time items will no longer be reserved.

Customers will be put on a 6 month hold after two unpaid invoices within six months.
